During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Orders with 10+ samples or custom sample packs may take an extra 24–48 hours to prepare.

High-value orders may require a signature at delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order ships, we cannot change or redirect it.

📬 Undelivered Orders

🔒 Fraud Prevention
For your protection, high-value orders may be subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or carrier limitations. If canceled, we’ll notify you via info@gracieslove.com and assist in placing a new order if desired.
