Refund policy

At Gracie’s Love, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. RETURNS

Eligibility:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Item includes all original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Health and hygiene items (e.g., body care, open/used cosmetics)

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please email us at info@gracieslove.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


2. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gracieslove.com


3. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.


4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.


5. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
